D	Deborah Lodato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto di non aver soggiornato presso la struttura, ho prenotato tramite Booking una stanza, (non rimborsabile purtroppo), accorgendomi dopo un paio d'ore dalla prenotazione che la via dell'appartamento prenotato non era quella indicata sulla mappa del sito al momento della prenotazione, ma era distante circa 2km in una posizione più lontana e più scomoda. Nonostante abbia chiesto disdetta in così breve tempo, e nonostante fosse un LORO errore di poca chiarezza poichè anche sulla stampa della prenotazione compariva una bella mappa con la posizione sbagliata rispetto all'appartamento in cui avrei soggiornato, i "Signori" mi hanno accordato la cancellazione al costo di 50€ che gli ho dovuto letteralmente regalare! Fate attenzione e leggete bene ovunque prima di prenotare un loro appartamento. I state that I did not stay at the property, I booked a room through Booking (unfortunately not refundable), realizing after a couple of hours from the booking that the way of the booked apartment was not the one indicated on the site map at the time of booking , but it was about 2km away in a more distant and uncomfortable position. Despite having asked for a cancellation in such a short time, and despite being a mistake in their clarity because even in the booking press a nice map appeared with the wrong position with respect to the apartment where I would have stayed, the "Lords" granted me the cancellation at a cost of € 50 which I literally had to give him! Be careful and read well anywhere before booking their apartment.

The rooms are very dirty, internet does not work in the room, your view is a bunch of fallen structures covered in bush and trash. It was the worst experience of my life. You can only find a place like this in sub-Saharan Africa, no offense to Africa.
M	Matthias R.tt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean, but some of them are pretty dark. You have to walk a little bit to the next bus station. At night, it's not that loud compared to other places in Rome. But the environs is not that nice, the streets are full of litter and the building next to the apartments is a ruin. Good for a trip to Rome with your friends (for example if you are a student).
J	Junior M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice flat and well located. Minutes walk from number 3 Tram and 482 bus which takes to main touristic points in 20min. Also in the night bus rote (for a night out). I thought the area was unsafe but I went back to the flat 3am and I felt very safe. The beds are amazing and the flat very clean. Kitchen is good size and well prepared. Patricia who host us is amazing! She gave us a lot of suggestions where to go, what to do, for best ice creams, restaurant, free visiting stuff. She talks a lot but she said if it is too much I could stop her but I loved every single thing she suggested and I followed most of her directions. If you are into history ask her.... Little down side was one key only for the room which made a bit difficult if I wanted to split the group but main doors with codes so at least you can get into the building. Lol Thanks a lot! I will be back if I visit Rome.
