When We arrived at the hotel they said they do not have the room available & wanted to charge us for an additional adult. Although the listing clearly said 3 adults, they refused to work with us. We left and they did not provide a refund. Be careful of misleading room listings.
T	Tim Barkhoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable rooms, a good place to sit together on the grand terrace and nice personnel. The breakfast is not as good as in other 4-star hotels. Metro and supermarket are five walking minutes away. Overall it was a good experience.

The room i had was with 3 beds they were very good, the breakfast buffeit was not the biggest though .Just the roomservice wasn't the best they didin't emtyed our bin and when we wanted to check out they claimd that it wasn't "OK" how much trash we had, so that made the hole thing a worse rezension. the hotel is right at a street and next to a school though you can't hear any of that.
J	Jestin George Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pleasant location, the hotel is in calm and quite place, although its on a busy street but you don't hear noise in your rooms. Good spacious rooms. The hotel has a weird entrance as I suppose it's a rental space in a building that's owned by somebody else. But all in all I loved the place. You can find a 24hr Carrefour at 15mins walk. There are no good restaurants nearby. But this place is right on the road so you are well connected to the cities transportation system. I didn't have any problem reaching anywhere while in Rome. Also to end with the breakfasts are also good but lack variety.
P	Peak Performance Catering Zildjian Catering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely place to stay. Modern rooms, comfortable beds and friendly service staff. The grounds are well kept. They also have train tickets at the desk. Location is easy by train or bus to all the major sites in the city!

That's unprofessional for an hotel which claims to offer night reception. Private bathrooms recently renovated - even in the hostel. The Garden is awesome, one of the best spots in the whole Roma.
