★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what to make up from this place. Nice attentive staff, hotel has problems. Thin walls, to an extend that we were disturbed by snooring and tvs from adjoining rooms. We've never seen barman in bar, he wss either in office or we learned that bar is open till 8pm on Sundays. Second key to the room is a problem. So, good value for money, with few drawbacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very close to the metro and the personal is nice (exept the boss). The breakfast is also good. However, the room was extremely small and it was difficult to shower in such a small and old bathroom. The room isolation is poor and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Its a wonder that the elevators didnt stop since they are in a very bad state. It feels definitely not as a 4 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. I picked this hotel for my company’s away day, the photos look better on the net than in reality, it was supposed to be treat for our staff but it ended being a nightmare. The bed are dirty, see photo. No hot shower, very noisy. Horrible experience, avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible room. Lousy service. We were given the wrong room taken by other guests. The room is very tiny with barely any sockets. There isn't even a small table to at least work a little bit. The wall is dirty. Bathroom is quite okay. I don't recommend this property at all and THEY SHOULD NOT CLAIM THEMSELVES 4 STARS!!! Cause it's really between 2-3 stars level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where the 4 stars of this hotel comes from. Cold water showers, room thermostat doesn’t work, non existent WiFi, a hole in the wall instead of a mini bar, a room dating back to 1975, use of plastic galore, check-in hour restrictions, construction noise and the list could go on. The mandatory breakfast is good though.

It is just far from what you expect with the description and the price.
It has the confort and services like a single room in a hostel.
Beds are single ones even if you ask for double, they try to charge you more than they should for anything.
Just pick another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When booking a hotel, one looks for proximity to good food and local transit, comfort and overall standard conveniences we have come to expect as we travel (I.e. free WiFi). This hotel lacked all of these qualities. It’s location in a residential area, which means it is a far walk to local sites, and public transportation. We had to cab nearly everywhere. Nearby dining is limited. Beds and bedding are extremely dated. Rooms are quite small and had no WiFi. Very spartan accommodations. And one key per room so one needs to leave key at the desk—very odd practice in this day and age. I was not a fan of the breakfast offered. That is subjective however and the breakfast area was clean and bright.
The staff was pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is nice but furnishing is very very basic. No blanket on the bed, only a thin wool rug which is not well suited for a European winter.
None of the sockets in the room accept EU plugs so unable to charge any device overnight.
Shower was very bad and didn't get above 20°. Water pressure was so weak that you literally have to press up against the wall to allow it to dribble onto you.
Location is fantastic but some of the basics really need improvement.
