★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and neat rooms within a few minutes of the city centre! Rooms got cleaned and tidy'd daily.
Improvement: good pillows. Current onces are not more than a soft thin layer.
Breakfast covid-19 proof however the scrambled eggs were cold.
Juice/coffee took a bit too long but overall good continental breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel's location is ideal, in the centre of Rome. The room and the bathroom were clean and the stuff polite and helpful. I expected a bit more on the variety of the breakfast maybe more Italian products. Other than that great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Also close to open top bus route. 20 mins from Termini. Fantastic boutique hotel lovely breakfast and great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were nice but the hotel is falling apart. It's like walking into a bad set, there is no authenticity and is trying to present itself as a luxury Roman hotel, it is not. We moved room 3 times in less than 48hrs. Sewage came up the shower and toilet drains in the second room we were then moved to another room which was smaller and the desk brackets were hanging on and off the wall, any bit of weight and it would have fallen. We were so upset we moved to a different hotel.
This cannot be a 4 star and it is an insult to other 4 star hotels in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel that is close to all major tourist attractions, staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We had an early morning flight and the hotel arranged a taxi to pick us up at 3am with no issues at all, they even packed us a to go breakfast which was a lovely touch.
Room was very clean and beds were comfy, my only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror for getting ready to go out.
Overall a wonderful stay and great value for money, especially considering the location! ?
