D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo informale, istruttori bravi, ma non tutti; per tutto l' anno a mia figlia, poiché non era veloce, uno "spilungono" le diceva che se non andava più veloce, poteva andarsene. Complimenti: nonostante non fosse agonismo, in compenso lei non è voluta tornare; le docce sono un po' datate, dovrebbero rinnovarle. Per non parlare dei phon, inutili! La cosa buona è che c'e' poca gente. An informal place, good instructors, but not all; for the whole year to my daughter, since she was not fast, a "tall man" told her that if she did not go faster, she could leave. Congratulations: although it was not competitive, on the other hand she did not want to return; the showers are a bit dated, they should renovate them. Not to mention the hair dryers, useless! The good thing is there are few people.
f	filogasp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una anno di esperienza in questa immotivata piscina di prestigio. La piscina in se non sarebbe neanche male ciò che la degrada sono gli spogliatoi e la segreteria. Gli spogliatoi sono vetusti, angusti e senza nessun servizio....e dico NESSUN SERVIZIO....non si sa mai dove mettersi, ogni volta si scatena una sorta di corsa all'oro per accaparrarsi un loculo dove poter far spogliare il proprio figlio, le docce sono inagibili....rotte...con un filo di acqua quando gira bene...più di una volta noi genitori siamo stati costretti a rinunciare e tornare a lavare il piccolo nella doccia.di casa!!!!. La segreteria ha una responsabile di una simpatia pari ad un gatto affamato appeso sulla schiena...tutto questo alla modica cifra di due corsi in altra piscina qualsiasi su Roma. Esperienza da dimenticare in fretta. Gli istruttori non sono della federazione. No FIN (Federazione Italiana Nuoto)...zero...a voi la scelta. One year of experience in this unmotivated prestigious swimming pool. The swimming pool itself would not be bad either, what degrades it are the changing rooms and the secretariat. The changing rooms are old, cramped and without any service .... and I say NO SERVICE .... you never know where to go, every time there is a sort of gold rush to grab a niche where you can have your own undressed son, the showers are unusable .... broken ... with a trickle of water when it turns well ... more than once we parents have been forced to give up and go back to wash the baby in the shower. at home !!! !. The secretariat has a person in charge of a sympathy equal to a hungry cat hanging on his back ... all this for the modest sum of two courses in any other swimming pool in Rome. Experience to forget quickly. The instructors are not from the federation. No FIN (Italian Swimming Federation) ... zero ... the choice is yours.
R	Rosa Paglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non recensisco la piscina perché non la conosco ma inserisco un commento sulla persona che mi ha risposto al telefono a cui ho chisto informazioni: ruvida; scostante e molto sbrigativo. Mi ha addirittura liquidato dicendo che loro non danno telefonicamente orari del nuoto libero e che se volevo potevo andare a guardarli su internet!!! Che meraviglioso approccio con un potenziale cliente che non andrà mai in quella piscina, vista l'accoglienza!!!! I don't review the pool because I don't know it but I post a comment on the person who answered the phone I asked for information: rough; unfriendly and very dismissive. He even dismissed me saying that they do not give free swimming times by phone and that if I wanted I could go and watch them on the internet !!! What a wonderful approach with a potential customer who will never go to that pool, given the welcome !!!!

Sono anni che i miei figli fanno i corsi di nuoto ed i centri estivi al San leone e quest’anno che mio figlio ha dovuto saltare oltre due mesi di corso di nuoto (già pagato!) per via di motivi di salute (tra cui anche una frattura), con tanto di certificati medici, mi sono vista negare la possibilità di recuperare almeno una parte delle lezioni perse. Qualsiasi altro centro sportivo ”serio” lo avrebbe fatto senza neppure doverlo richiedere. Sono fortemente delusa dal centro sportivo san Leone magno. Si giocano la loro reputazione stupidamente! The management of the San Leone Magno Piscina sports center proved to be very bad. My children have been taking swimming courses and summer camps in San Leone for years and this year my son had to skip over two months of swimming course (already paid!) Due to health reasons (including also a fracture), complete with medical certificates, I was denied the possibility of recovering at least part of the lessons lost. Any other "serious" sports center would have done so without even having to request it. I am strongly disappointed by the San Leone magno sports center. They fool their reputation!

La piscina, della quale sono cliente da anni, ancora non riapre, in assenza di qualsivoglia comunicazione ufficiale alla clientela. Inammissibile e vergognoso. Ho un abbonamento non interamente fruito, ed ho il DIRITTO di sapere che cosa ne sarà! Si confermano assolutamente incapaci ed oltretutto irrispettosi di chi nel tempo li ha scelti. MAI PIÙ! ??? BAD MANAGEMENT in relation to the pandemic! The swimming pool, of which I have been a customer for years, still does not reopen, in the absence of any official communication to the customers. Unacceptable and shameful. I have a subscription that is not fully used, and I have the RIGHT to know what will happen to it! They are confirmed to be absolutely incapable and moreover disrespectful of those who have chosen them over time. NEVER AGAIN! ???

Il centro sportivo, dopo la chiusura di fine ottobre 2020 a causa della pandemia, non ha più riaperto. Ma, quel che è grave, non ha diramato (né risponde ad eventuali richieste) notizie in merito agli abbonamenti pagati e non fruiti a causa della chiusura. I find myself having to agree with the negative reviews of recent times. The sports center, after closing at the end of October 2020 due to the pandemic, has never reopened. But, what is serious, it has not issued (nor does it respond to any requests) news regarding paid and unused subscriptions due to the closure.
