★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debora ralls è una insegnante fantastica mi ha trasmesso un eccellente metodo con il quale ho perfezionato la mia pratica insegnandomi a praticare ogni giorno a casa Ciao Deb Grazie sono sinceramente onorata di aver potuto partecipare alle tue lezioni sempre entusiasmanti sempre ricche di preziosi stimoli ad avanzare nel cammino dietro la tua sapiente, sempre aggiornata guida mi mancano da morire le lezioni ho un desiderio immenso di tornare in classe purtroppo questa disgrazia mi ha distrutto il corpo che avevo tanto curato insieme a te e iyengar spero tanto di rivederti seduta in cima alla classe che inizi la lezione
Debora ralls is a fantastic teacher she transmitted to me an excellent method with which I perfected my practice by teaching me to practice every day at home Hello Deb Thanks I am sincerely honored to have been able to participate in your always exciting lessons always full of precious stimuli to advance in the I walk behind your wise, always up-to-date guide I miss the lessons to death I have an immense desire to go back to class unfortunately this misfortune has destroyed my body that I had taken care of so much with you and iyengar I hope so much to see you again sitting at the top of the class that you start the lesson

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Iyengar! Even if you don't speak Italian, you can easily follow if you are familiar with the Iyengar teaching approach focusing on alignment. Atmosphere was very friendly. It is not easy to find though. Entrance is on the left side of the building. You must ring the bell downstairs first to get into the building. Then go up the stairs one flight and you don't have to ring the bell at the door where it says Iyengar studio.
