Serious and professional gym! The coaches Paolo and Mario are really competent unlike other gyms where there are those who pretend to be coaches. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra si trova nel quartiere Lanciani ed è considerata "storica" in quanto esiste da moltissimo tempo in quanto gestita in precedenza dal padre dall'attuale proprietario Paolo che è uno dei personal trainer che consiglia e segue. Qui si possono fare sia fitness, avendo a disposizione moltissimi macchinari, che posturale. L'ambiente non molto grande ma piacevole, cordiale e pulito.
The gym is located in the Lanciani district and is considered "historic" as it has existed for a very long time as it was previously managed by the father by the current owner Paolo who is one of the personal trainers he advises and follows. Here you can do both fitness, having many machines available, and postural. The environment is not very large but pleasant, friendly and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi cerca molto arrosto e poco fumo, attrezzi sufficienti in palestra per lavorare ben seguiti e tanti corsi di vario genere per andare incontro a diverse esigenze di diverse etá.
For those looking for a lot of roast and little smoke, enough equipment in the gym to work well followed and many courses of various kinds to meet different needs of different ages.
