G	Giulia Bifano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono iscritta al Jump da gennaio: non avevo mai frequentato prima una palestra con tanta assiduità prima di incontrare Giuliana, proprietaria del centro e personal trainer. Con il suo modo di lavorare appassionato e iper professionale (comune a tutti quelli che lavorano nella palestra, dalla reception a tutti gli insegnanti) è riuscita anzitutto a farmi sentire a casa: al jump andare in palestra è prima di tutto un piacere e un modo per imparare a prendersi cura di se a 360 gradi. Con queste premesse, è stato "facile" raggiungere un risultato pazzesco in soli 3 mesi. E' una palestra sempre pulita e super accogliente: molto di più di un posto in cui allenarsi, è un posto in cui stare bene, rilassarsi e investire sul proprio benessere. Consigliatissimo il percorso personal trainer! I have been a member of the Jump since January: I had never attended a gym before with such diligence before meeting Giuliana, owner of the center and personal trainer. With her way of working passionately and hyper professionally (common to all those who work in the gym, from the reception to all the teachers) she has succeeded above all in making me feel at home: the jump going to the gym is above all a pleasure and a way to learn how to take care of yourself at 360 degrees. With these premises, it was "easy" to reach a crazy result in just 3 months. It is a gym that is always clean and super welcoming: much more than a place to train, it is a place to feel good, relax and invest in your own well-being. The personal trainer route is highly recommended!
E	Enrico Nucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo al momento è chiusa come sanno tutti per via del virus ma io ci vado per mia moglie per visita osteopatica è abbastanza accogliente anche se un po' angusta per via che è sotto un palazzo tuttavia ha anche un bel giardino ed è fornita di tutto. Unfortunately at the moment it is closed as everyone knows because of the virus but I go there for my wife for an osteopathic visit it is quite welcoming even if a bit cramped because it is under a building however it also has a beautiful garden and is equipped with everything.
D	Dragon Fly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati e ladri è dir poco. Avevo acquistato una settimana di prova alla cifra di 20 euro. Cosa di per sè già assurda stante la gratuità negli altri centri sportivi. Avevo chiesto di congelarmi questi 20 euro a data futura per motivi di salute. Mi hanno risposto via wathsapp che questa possibilità era prevista solo in caso di gravidanza o intervento chirurgico. Purtroppo io dovrò affrontare davvero un intervento chirurgico ma non mi andava nè di doverlo dimostrare nè di fare storie per 20 euro. L ho trovato non solo poco cortese ma anche una pessima strategia di marketing aziendale. Il cliente va curato. Non messo sotto stress. In più la palestra è molto cara per quello che offre . Piccola. E sottoterra. Non consente grande areazione delle sale. Con due grossi canoni che sono belli per carità ma non sono il massimo a vedersi in una palestra che già fi per sè non è dotata di grandi spazi. Altamente sconsigliato a chi è claustrofobico! Ps. Il giardinetto di cui loro si vantano è molto trascurato e sporco ( sui divanetti si accucciano i cani di cui ti puoi trovare le ciotole a vista) con angoli di " Lavori in corso". Una palestra del genere non merita affatto i 90 euro mensili ( i 20 euro chiestimi per la prova - per cronaca - sarebbero stati scalati dalla cifra che avrei dovuto sostenere qualora mi avessero concesso il differimento dell' iscrizione)...BOCCIATA Rude and thieves is an understatement. I had purchased a trial week for 20 euros. This in itself is already absurd given the fact that it is free in other sports centers. I had asked to freeze these 20 euros for a future date for health reasons. They replied via wathsapp that this possibility was only provided in case of pregnancy or surgery. Unfortunately I will have to really face a surgery but I didn't feel like either having to show it or making a fuss for 20 euros. I found it not only unpleasant but also a terrible corporate marketing strategy. The customer must be treated. Not put under stress. In addition, the gym is very expensive for what it offers. Small. And underground. It does not allow large ventilation of the rooms. With two big canons that are beautiful for goodness sake but I am not the best to see myself in a gym that already has its own big spaces. Highly not recommended for those who are claustrophobic! Ps. The small garden of which they boast is very neglected and dirty (on the sofas, the dogs of which you can find the exposed bowls are curled up) with corners of "Work in progress". A gym like this does not deserve the 90 euros per month (the 20 euros I asked for the trial - for the record - they would have been deducted from the amount I would have had to bear if they had granted me the deferment of the registration) ...

B	Bisbetica 1978 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra piccola ma...un gioiellino! Offerta varia ed istruttori davvero qualificati. Vasta scelta di discipline ed orari (anche in pausa pranzo). Giuliana: un nome una garanzia di professionalità e precisione. Risultati assicurati! Small gym but ... a gem! Varied offer and really qualified instructors. Wide choice of disciplines and times (even during lunch break). Giuliana: a name a guarantee of professionalism and precision. Guaranteed results!
