Senza dilungarmi su quanto io sia soddisfatta del trattamento, vorrei invece spendere qualche parola riguardo lo staff. Sono un team caratterizzato da grande professionalità, competenza e di non scontata educazione e cortesia. Nonostante la piena emergenza Covid sono stata seguita passo dopo passo e con tutte le precauzioni del caso. Dire di essere soddisfatta, sotto ogni punto di vista, non gli renderebbe comunque l'onore che merita. I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Silvia Dieni in February. Without dwelling on how satisfied I am with the treatment, I would rather spend a few words about the staff. I am a team characterized by great professionalism, competence and not obvious education and courtesy. Despite the full Covid emergency, I was followed step by step and with all the necessary precautions. Stavo cercando un dentista che mi desse fiducia.. ho subito visitato il sito internet che mi ha colpito fin da subito e ho fissato una consulenza online. Sono stato nello studio della Dottoressa Dieni per effettuare una prima visita relativa a delle faccette dentali. Da subito ho capito che mi trovavo nel posto giusto, cortesia disponibilità e sorrisi ( anche se attraverso le mascherine ) La dottoressa è davvero disponibile, simpatica e super preparata, ha saputo consigliarmi la soluzione giusta alle mie esigenze. Un encomio particolare va allo staff! Top! Le ragazze superlative. Per ciò che mi riguarda è l'inizio di un percorso che sarà sicuramente un successo. ???
