La titolare, Paola, a cui bisogna attribuire grande competenza e professionalità, riesce a catapultare, chiunque sia motivato, in una realtà parallela: l'allenamento. Grande davvero!! Calling it a gym is an understatement. Don't expect to find one of these great fitness centers in vogue right now. The environment is essential. The owner, Paola, who must be given great competence and professionalism, manages to catapult, anyone who is motivated, into a parallel reality: training. Great indeed !!

I coach sono sempre al fianco dell'atleta per farti migliorare e raggiungere insieme l'obiettivo prefissato. It is not the usual gym ..... it is a place to improve your body and mind. A place where you can share the passion for sport. The coaches are always at the athlete's side to help you improve and achieve the set goal together.

Personalmente parlo di come la mia coach affronti con energia, testa e determinazione gli stessi esercizi che pochi istanti prima avrei scommesso di non riuscire a fare un altra volta. Eppure, grazie alla sua forza ed entusiasmo, continuo a cercare di superare il mio limite. Grazie Coach! If you happen to train together with the Gym Box coaches, you will immediately realize why this is not a gym like any other. Personally I speak of how my coach deals with energy, head and determination the same exercises that a few moments before I would have bet I would not be able to do another time. Yet thanks to his strength and enthusiasm, I continue to try to overcome my limit. Thanks Coach!

Entrare in GBox non è solo allenamento ma lavoro di testa, gente arrivata prima di te che ti dà la carica e la coach per prima, è che il “non ce la faccio” non ti viene neanche in mente di dirlo, essere seguiti uno per uno con anche allenamenti personalizzati in base alle proprie capacità. Sono partita dal voler andare 2 volte a settimana all’essermi iscritta per 3 volte a settimana e non avere assolutamente voglia di saltare neanche una lezione. Maybe you have known before that GBox IS NOT THE CLASSIC GYM !!!!! Joining GBox is not just training but head work, people who arrived before you who give you the charge and the coach first, it is that the "I can't do it" doesn't even occur to you to say it, to be followed one by one. one with even customized workouts based on your abilities. I started from wanting to go twice a week to having signed up for 3 times a week and absolutely not wanting to skip even a lesson.

La coach, donna preparata, caparbia ed esigente, ti segue passo passo, nulla le sfugge. Impossibile non essere soddisfatti alla fine di ogni allenamento! Provare per credere… Calling it a gym is definitely an understatement. It is a family environment where everything turns to make you feel good inside and out. The coach, a prepared, stubborn and demanding woman, follows you step by step, nothing escapes her. Impossible not to be satisfied at the end of each workout! Seeing is believing…

In questi giorni ho completato i miei controlli semestrali e sia l'oncologa che l'endocrinologa mi hanno fatto i complimenti. Analisi, indagini ecografiche, scioltezza di movimenti, tutto perfetto. Alla domanda:" signora, a 73 anni lei sembra una ragazza, complimenti, come fa?" , io ho risposto: devo tutto al mio carattere, ad un rigoroso regime alimentare, ma soprattutto a GYM BOX, la mia palestra che mi segue con cura e professionalità. Grazie Paola, grazie Anna Laura, vi voglio bene!!!!! A big THANK YOU to my gym !!!!
