β β β β β This hotel was located in a nice location and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the noise at night was unbearable. I could hear the buzzer from the front door in the room as well as the staff going in and out of a closet throughout the night. While the hotel itself looks very nice, it is in need of some upgrades. The mattress felt pretty bad, there were ants in the room. All in all, I have stayed in far worse hotels, but I have also stayed in FAR better. At least the price was good.

β β β β β Little hotel just outside the busy center of the city. Which means itβs really quite outside at night.
Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. And the rooms are very clean.
When you check-in, you get a little aperitif while someone brings your suitcase to the room.
Perfect service! Thanks for having us!

β β β β β Christian and his team from Villa Grazioli are wonderful hosts. We felt welcome and received great tips for discovering Rome. Its convenient location came in handy as it is a quiet and relaxing place to stay and all popular places are within easy reach. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and they accomodated all of our wishes perfectly. We had a great stay and will come back.

β β β β β Running water was not working in the shower and was not fixed in 5 days. Shower water was changing constantly to scalding hot to extremely cold without enough pressure. The reception room people are nice and understanding but a room without shower is a shame.

β β β β β We expected more. A nice ... castle in Northern Rome. Good location with access to bus. The first two floors have not been renovated yet... so, if you are not lucky, you will see an old, small room, as we did. Nothing special. Poor breakfast. Certainly not value for money...

β β β β β Fabulous service with a personal touch. Rooms very clean but dated and lacking in storage. Basic breakfast provided. Location was in a lovely area with fantastic shops, restaurants, deli's and bars on the doorstep. It is located 40 mins walk from any of the main tourist spots, trams close by but the number 19 into the centre was irregular and unreliable.

β β β β β The neighborhood is excellent, safe and elegant, close to big parks and half an hour walking to city center. The staff is extremely polite and eager to help you. The hotel itself is less than average, definitely not 4 stars. I stayed on the 2nd floor. The room was small, the mattress awful ( I felt the springs on my back bones), the bathroom definitely needs improvement and renovation. The bath tub was made for little people! I had to stoop to get my shampoo! The hotel corridors seemed dirty. The breakfast couldn't be more plain. Tasteless, poor quality. All in all, the hotel was much inferior to what you see in the photos.
