Da migliorare: il personale è disponibile ed educato, forse dovrebbe dare qualche consiglio/spiegazione tecnica in più

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il commesso era gentile e preparato ma non è possibile acquistare un capo il 23 dicembre e avere solo qualche giorno per poterlo cambiare (entro il 31 dicembre) considerando i giorni festivi e di chiusura... Alla fine ho acquistato lo stesso capo su Zalando...!
The salesman was kind and prepared but it is not possible to buy a garment on December 23rd and only have a few days to be able to change it (by December 31st) considering the holidays and closing days ... In the end I bought the same garment on Zalando. ..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche io non metterò più piede nel negozio né acquisterò più un capo North face. Ho comprato, dopo grandi sacrifici, un giubbotto a mio figlio per il suo compleanno e la commessa apparentemente gentile ma che poi si è dimostrata scortese e maleducata, ci ha detto che North face per qualsiasi anomalia, buco, difetto di produzione e addirittura buchi di sigaretta, ripara a proprie spese o addirittura sostituisce il capo. Felice di questo mi ha spinto a comprare il giubbotto che poi puntualmente e dopo neanche una settimana ha iniziato a tirare fuori le piume da un buco su una manica. Così cerco di fare valere la garanzia così come mi aveva detto la commessa sgarbata, ma indovinate un po'? Hanno avuto il coraggio di ritrattare tutto. Non solo ma mi hanno anche detto che del giubbotto ne è stato fatto un uso improrio cosa ovviamente non vera.
Pertanto niente garanzia da far valere e giubbotto rotto.
Mai più North face e mai più il negozio di Euroma2 . State attenti e visionate bene il capo prima di acquistare.

So I try to enforce the guarantee as the rude saleswoman told me, but guess what? They had the courage to retract everything. Not only that, but they also told me that the jacket was used improperly, which is obviously not true.
Therefore, there is no guarantee to be asserted and the jacket is broken.
Never again North face and never again the Euroma2 shop. Be careful and check the garment well before buying.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I got kicked out with my girlfriend as we stopped for 2 minutes to look at our phones to compare prices with other stores. I do not recommend at all.

I learned by calling the Porta di Roma store that this and the one in Cola di Rienzo are NOT official North Face stores, but simple franchises. This probably explains the overall sloppiness between service, manners and assortment. Stay away
