Si sono "rifiutati" di farmi vedere qualsiasi tipo di scarpa fino a quando non fosse completata l'analisi del piede (dimensioni, forma, postura, appoggio) utilizzando anche un sistema "intelligente" dedicato. Hanno, poi, esaminato insieme a me quali fossero i possibili impieghi che io immaginavo e, infine, hanno guidato la mia ricerca verso la scarpa che potesse essere più idonea alle mie esigenze e ... al mio piede. Cortesia, pazienza, gentilezza, professionalità e anche un piccolo sconto sul prezzo di acquisto (un'attenzione che non guasta mai!)
The staff in the shop were very professional, patient and attentive. I was looking for a pair of "light" hiking shoes. They "refused" to show me any type of shoe until the foot analysis (size, shape, posture, support) was completed using a dedicated "intelligent" system. They then examined with me what were the possible uses that I imagined and, finally, they guided my research towards the shoe that could be more suitable for my needs and ... for my foot. Courtesy, patience, kindness, professionalism and even a small discount on the purchase price (attention that never hurts!)
