★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this, and the Calisto s Catacombs.
if you have to choose, visit this one, cause you can see an ancient mausoleum from de 1st century ac. And the visit/tour ends at the basilica of Saint Sebastian. Really inspiring...
inside the Catacombs it's not allowed to film or take pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting visit. These are one of the most important catacombs where both pagans an christians buried their deads for centuries. There are very informative guided visits in all languages, just check the web site for information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must check Catacombs out when in Rome. This is possibly not as impressive as the neighbor in San Callisto but surely worth seeing and with much more convenient opening times.

They don’t allow photos in the catacombs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not as macabre as other catacombs (no skeletons) the historical significance of these catacombs cannot be understated. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour without being overly verbose. The end of the tour stops in the church and is beautiful in it's own right.
