Durante i saldi hai la possibilità di comprarti il doppio dei prodotti che ti puoi permettere economicamente. Ormai i miei gusti son cambiati, ma quando mi capita ci compro le canottiere. C'è sempre stata l'offerta che ti puoi comprare 3 prodotti al prezzo di due. Per fortuna hanno aggiunto anche i modelli di reggiseno senza il ferretto. In media questi prodotti mi son durati 2/3 anni

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, ieri mi appresto a fare degli acquisti presso il Vostro negozio al centro commerciale Il Corallo a Livorno.
Dopo aver scelto diversi capi tra cui n.3 maglie termiche a maniche lunghe sotto un grosso cartello rosso ben fissato alla struttura che recitava " Termiche uomo 9.99". Mi appresto a pagare per un totale di oltre 80€.
Uscendo dal negozio controllo lo scontrino e mi accorgo che le maglie termiche sono passate a 12,99€ l'una.
Rientro e spiego l'accaduto trovando la comprensione delle due addette vendita che non si spiegano come mai quel grosso cartello fosse li ma anzichè passare gli articoli per il prezzo esposto, mi propongono di fare un reso. Gli spiego che da regola se l'errore è del negoziante, dovrebbero passarmi con lo sconto le tre maglie ma ignorando del tutto ciò che avevo appena detto, mi ripropongono il reso, cosa che mi trovo costretto ad accettare.
Grazie al mio lavoro so bene che il negoziante ha l'obbligo di passare il capo al prezzo esposto anche qualora si tratti di una svista, in questo caso il grosso cartello, di cui possiedo una foto, era ben visibile e ben fissato sopra le maglie tanto da attirare subito la mia attenzione e indurmi all'acquisto di n.3 capi anche se non strettamente necessari.
Mi stranizza un comportamento simile da parte di una prestigiosa azienda come Tezenis.
Hi, yesterday I am going to shop at your shop at the Il Corallo shopping center in Livorno.
After choosing different items including 3 thermal long-sleeved shirts under a big red sign well fixed to the structure that read "Termiche uomo 9.99". I am going to pay a total of over 80 €.
Leaving the shop, I check the receipt and I realize that the thermal shirts have gone to € 12.99 each.
I go back and explain what happened, finding the understanding of the two sales staff who do not explain why that big sign was there but instead of passing the items for the displayed price, they propose me to make a return. I explain to him that as a rule, if the mistake is made by the shopkeeper, they should pass me the three shirts with the discount but ignoring everything I had just said, they propose the return again, which I am forced to accept.
Thanks to my work I know very well that the shopkeeper has the obligation to pass the garment at the displayed price even if it is an oversight, in this case the large sign, of which I have a photo, was clearly visible and well fixed above the shirts enough to immediately attract my attention and induce me to purchase 3 items even if not strictly necessary.
I am strange to a similar behavior on the part of a prestigious company like Tezenis.
