Ho chiesto che mi venissero accreditati i punti sulla mia tessera fidelity e li hanno accreditati a un' altra cliente. Con lo scontrino ho fatto notare che non ero io la persona alla quale avevano accreditato i punti e senza provare a rimediare alla cosa mi hanno liquidata. Acquisterò online o altrove.
Objects of excellent value for money but the staff leaves something to be desired.
I asked for the points to be credited to my fidelity card and they were credited to another customer. With the receipt I pointed out that I was not the person to whom they had credited the points and without trying to remedy the thing they liquidated me. I will purchase online or elsewhere.

Hat, bag and jacket all of excellent quality.
