Quando sono uscita dal negozio era palese che mi stava prendendo in giro con il suo collega...tutto perché chiedevo solo che mi venisse spiagata come attivare una cosa dal momento che non lo avevo mai fatto. Delusa.
Incompetent seller, I asked for information and did not want to explain anything to me assuming that I already knew everything. When I walked out of the shop it was obvious that he was making fun of me with his colleague ... all because I was just asking him to tell me how to activate something since I had never done it. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La lama del nuovo bimby si è intaccata dopo 2 mesi che lo possiedo (è nuovissimo) durante l'esecuzione della ricetta preimpostata "pesto alla genovese". Ora ditemi se un apparecchio così costoso può lesionarsi con un pezzo di formaggio (il grana usato per la ricetta). Il bello è che il pezzo non è stato rimborsato e quando sono tornata a riprendere il bimby mi hanno anche fatto attendere 20 minuti per rimontarlo nonostante avessi chiamato giorni prima dicendo che sarei passata in negozio a ritirarlo (dato che non aveva altri danni se non le lame scalfite). Pessima qualità se rapportata ad altri apparecchi che frullano per cifre molto inferiori e senza rompersi con il formaggio.
The blade of the new thermomix was nicked after 2 months that I own it (it is brand new) during the execution of the preset recipe "pesto alla genovese". Now tell me if such an expensive appliance can be damaged by a piece of cheese (the grits used for the recipe). The nice thing is that the piece has not been refunded and when I went back to pick up the thermomix they also made me wait 20 minutes to reassemble it even though I had called days before saying that I would have gone to the shop to collect it (since it had no other damage except the scratched blades). Bad quality when compared to other devices that blend for much lower figures and without breaking with the cheese.
