★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un negozio stile Primark a Livorno! Il necessario a prezzi bassi e la qualità non è neanche male. Peccato che per ora è piccolo.. spero ne aprano presto uno più grande!
 Finally a Primark style shop in Livorno! The essentials at low prices and the quality is not bad either. Too bad it is small for now .. I hope they will open a bigger one soon!

Da Manager di negozio della grande distribuzione non potevo esimermi dal recensire la disorganizzazione dei manager di questo punto vendita.
mi sono recata al punto vendita per acquistare dell'abbigliamento infantile e al momento di chiedere informazioni su un certo tipo di abbigliamento da bambino sono stata assistita dopo aver chiesto ad un ragazzo, dalla responsabile del punto vendita, la quale alla domanda se avessero avuto una taglia in più ( 3 anni) mi ha risposto in un modo sgarbato e maleducato, e che se mi fosse andata bene avevano disponibili in esposizione quelle taglie e che se avessi voluto erano presenti altri punti vendita da abbigliamento da bambino. ( evito il linguaggio con il quale mi si è rivolta).

As a store manager of large distribution I could not fail to review the disorganization of the managers of this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scorbutico, ho chiesto gentilmente informazioni su una taglia da bambina e quasi quasi la commessa si è infastidita. Ci sono rimasta davvero male. Lavoriamo tutti e sappiamo che è un sacrificio, però al pubblico bisogna essere un minimo sorridenti. C’è gente a casa che vorrebbe avere la vostra fortuna soprattutto in questo periodo di Covid. Purtroppo la merce è molto carina ma dopo questo episodio non tornerò più.
Grumpy staff, I politely asked about a baby size and the saleswoman almost got annoyed. I was really disappointed. We all work and we know that it is a sacrifice, but the public must be smiling a little. There are people at home who would like to have your luck especially in this period of Covid. Unfortunately the merchandise is very nice but after this episode I will never return.
