★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho sempre acquistato presso Terranova di Termoli dove la gentilezza e soprattutto l'educazione da parte delle commesse/i la fanno da padrone cosa che purtroppo non ho trovato questa mattina presso Terranova del C/C Costaverde da parte di una commessa in particolar modo tanto che l'altra collega,che ha assistito alla " chiacchierata", mettiamola così, si è sentita in imbarazzo lei tanto da scusarsi per la collega! Ci sono modi e modi per rivolgersi e spiegare determinate cose al cliente ma l'educazione credo sia alla base di ogni rispetto verso il prossimo e se sei irrispettoso e presuntuoso non puoi avere contatti col cliente perché ne va solo.il nome del negozio.
Mi dispiace solo non aver potuto interagire per spiegare l'accaduto al proprietario.
I state that I have always bought from Terranova di Termoli where kindness and above all the education on the part of the orders are the masters which unfortunately I did not find this morning at Terranova del C / C Costaverde by a specific order so much so that the other colleague, who attended the "chat", let's put it this way, she felt embarrassed enough to apologize for the colleague! There are ways and ways to address and explain certain things to the customer but I believe education is the basis of all respect towards others and if you are disrespectful and presumptuous you cannot have contact with the customer because only the name of the shop goes away.
I'm only sorry I couldn't interact to explain what happened to the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno, per 2 volte che scendo in Italia acquisto per mio figlio un intero guardaroba. Per Pasqua causa fretta, abbiamo acquistato dei jeans senza provarli. In serata siamo tornati per il reso e il responsabile non ci ha voluto rimborsare dicendo che doveva chiamare il suo superiore e che era tardi. Fortunatamente mia madre abita in Italia e quindi si è recata dopo qualche giorno, ma la sua risposta è stata che il superiore non risponde alle sue telefonate e lui non sa cosa fare. Intanto sono passati quasi 10giorni, almeno 20km in più tra avanti e indietro nella “speranza”che qualcuno risponda al telefono (???). Ma stiamo scherzando?
Cercherò un altro negozio di fiducia. Delusione massima.
Every year, twice that I go to Italy, I buy an entire wardrobe for my son. For Easter due to a rush, we bought some jeans without trying them on. In the evening we returned for the return and the manager refused to refund us saying that he had to call his superior and that it was late. Fortunately my mother lives in Italy and so she went after a few days, but her answer was that the superior doesn't answer her phone calls and he doesn't know what to do. In the meantime, almost 10 days have passed, at least 20km more between back and forth in the "hope" that someone will answer the phone (???). Are we joking?
I will look for another trusted shop. Maximum disappointment.
