★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci andrò più. Non mi hanno consentito il cambio di un prodotto ancora sigillato acquistato il giorno prima neanche esibendo lo scontrino. Diritto di recesso non rispettato. Tutela del consumatore zero.
La commessa si giustificava con le norme anticovid... allora dovrebbero non poter vendere nessuno dei prodotti sugli scaffali maneggiati dalla gente.
I will not go there anymore. They did not allow me to exchange a still sealed product purchased the day before, not even showing the receipt. Right of withdrawal not respected. Zero consumer protection.
The order was justified with the anticovid rules ... then they should not be able to sell any of the products on the shelves handled by people.
