★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato 130 euro di capi, tornata a casa mi sono resa conto che UN SOLO capo aveva un difetto, quindi a distanza di 6 GIORNI sono tornata in negozio per cambiarlo. Non solo si sono rifiutate di cambiarlo, ma mi hanno anche accusato di aver rovinato io il capo con un anello (un maglione che era anche per mio figlio che non indossa anelli), mi è stato anche detto che la merce va sempre guardata prima di essere comprata, come se fosse normale trovare capi difettosi e se si portano a casa poi sia colpa nostra averli comprati. Mai successa una cosa del genere in nessun negozio, mi spiace molto perché venivo sempre a comprarci.
I bought 130 euros of items, back home I realized that ONLY ONE item had a defect, so after 6 DAYS I went back to the shop to change it. Not only did they refuse to change it, but they also accused me of ruining the garment with a ring (a sweater that was also for my son who does not wear rings), I was also told that the goods should always be looked at before be bought, as if it were normal to find faulty garments and if you bring them home then it is our fault for having bought them. Such a thing has never happened in any shop, I'm very sorry because I always came to buy there.
