★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito ma con una gestione a dir poco IMBARAZZANTE.La proprietaria é una grandissima maleducata e mal predisposta verso i clienti e i bambini e per questo motivo non consiglio a nessuno di entrare in questo negozio.Considerati i precedenti non sono l unica a pensarla così.
Well-stocked shop but with a management to say the least IMBARAZZANTE.La owner is a very rude and ill-disposed towards customers and children and for this reason I do not recommend anyone to enter this store. Considering the previous ones I am not the only one to think so .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per avere informazioni su un modello specifico di scarpine per bambina e la proprietaria mi ha risposto con un' arroganza incredibile dicendomi che era impegnata a fare altre cose e di chiamare piu' tardi.Mentre le chiedevo a che ora avrei dovuto richiamare per avere questa informazione mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia.Professionalita' ed educazione pari a zero.ovviamente non ho richiamato ma ho acquistato le scarpine in un altro negozio non Primigi.Spero che chi di dovere legga questa review.Non è possibile che una persona proprietaria di un negozio si permetta di chiudere il telefono in faccia ad un potenziale cliente.invierò un reclamo ufficiale anche alla sede principale Primigi.proprietaria grandissima maleducata.non acquistate in questo negozio ma andate da qualche altra parte dove il cliente venga almeno trattato con rispetto ed educazione. I called to inquire about a specific model of baby shoes and the owner replied with incredible arrogance telling me she was busy doing other things and to call later, while asking her what time I should call back to get this information closed the phone in my face.Professionalism and education equal to zero.Obviously I did not call back but I bought the shoes in another non-Primigi store.I hope that those in charge will read this review.It is not possible for an owner of a shop allow you to close the phone in the face of a potential customer.I will also send an official complaint to the Primigi head office.very great rude owner.Don't buy in this shop but go somewhere else where the customer is at least treated with respect and education. Friendliness
