★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione perché sento il dovere di ringraziare alcune persone ed elogiare la politica commerciale adottata da Trony.
Avendo avuto problemi con un cellulare appena acquistato, ho chiesto aiuto ai ragazzi addetti alle vendite.
Ho avuto una assistenza senza paragoni dagli addetti al reparto telefonia e tv che voglio citare per nome: Giada e Gianluca, (telefonia) Antonio e Giuseppe (tv); insieme a loro voglio ringraziare anche la sig.na Sara in amministrazione, nonché il Direttore, a cui faccio i migliori auguri per il nuovo incarico.
E comunque, avendo fatto molti acquisti nel corso degli anni presso questo centro, devo dire di aver trovato sempre molta disponibiltà , cortesia e professionalità in tutti i reparti. Grazie di cuore.
 I am writing this review because I feel it is my duty to thank some people and praise Trony's commercial policy.
Having had trouble with a newly purchased cell phone, I asked the sales guys for help.
I have had unparalleled assistance from the staff in the telephone and TV department that I want to mention by name: Giada and Gianluca, (telephony) Antonio and Giuseppe (TV); together with them I also want to thank Miss Sara in administration, as well as the Director, to whom I wish you the best for your new position.
And anyway, having made many purchases over the years at this center, I must say that I have always found a lot of availability, courtesy and professionalism in all departments. Thank you with all my heart.

Tutti molto carini e gentili in particolare voglio ringraziare Michele e Fabrizio per il tempo dedicato, per cortesia e disponibilita. Grazie e saluti allo staff.
I had a problem with a phone I just bought and returned to fix it, I found a lot of professionalism and preparation on the part of the service staff as well as a lot of availability and collaboration. All very nice and kind in particular I want to thank Michele and Fabrizio for the time dedicated, for courtesy and availability. Thanks and regards to the staff.
