★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent estate that makes barbaresco that is both elegant and with strength. Try to book a visit and try also the Sauvignon, a surprise as Piedmont is not its well know habitat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour reservation required and well worth the stop. Guilia is very knowledgeable about the family history and wine making. The family is understandably proud of their wines. From whites to reds, they were all very drinkable. Plus we know resources for these back home in the U.S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited a few months ago and I still say it was my top experience on our last trip to Italy. Jeff spent a few hours with us showing the winery and tasting multiple bottles. I have been a fan of their Barbaresco for years. It is great to finally see the Wine Spectator has now recognized their wines as some of the best in the Piedmont region. I just wish I could find their wine closer to home. I highly recommend visiting Marchesi Di Gresy on your next trip to the Piedmont region.
