Nel venire incontro velocemente a me e al mio cane, ha rischiato di strozzarsi e a pianto dal dolore essendo le sue zampe finite in un nodo della catena stessa. Vorrei ricordare ai gentili signori che non siamo più nel medioevo, o in qualsiasi oscura epoca possa essere stata concessa la barbarie di una catena ad un cane. Siamo nel 2020, se non siamo in grado di offrire adeguate cure ad un cane si può semplicemente evitare di prenderlo. Grazie per l'eventuale riflessione sulle mie parole, quantomeno si potrebbe provare a recintare la zona antistante la casa se proprio non lo si può tenere libero. Saluti.
