Menzione d'onore allo chardonnay "buschet", che nulla ha da invidiare ai grandi bianchi superprezzati della zona.
Grazie a Martina per la visita in cantina e per il buschet del '98.
Perhaps the best barbaresco quality / price ratio.
Honorable mention to the "buschet" chardonnay, which has nothing to envy of the great super-appreciated white wines of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir konnten (ad hoc) eine kleine, aber sehr feine Weinprobe mit der jungen Chefin machen. War sehr interessant und Moccagatta ist wirklich ein TOP Wein. Klar, Barbaresco kostet einfach ein paar Euro mehr :-). Wenn jedoch Qualität und Ansprache stimmt, ist das überhaupt kein Problem :-) :-) :-) Grazie Mille und Viele Grüße aus Deutschland !
We were able to (ad hoc) do a small but very fine wine tasting with the young boss. Was very interesting and Moccagatta is really a TOP wine. Sure, Barbaresco just costs a few euros more :-). But if the quality and address are right, that's no problem at all :-) :-) :-) Grazie Mille and greetings from Germany!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantina DOC , Martina (ENOLOGA ?) nonché responsabile della stessa, ci ha fatto visitare la cantina e spiegato i passaggi e tempi per la produzione del vino. Ragazza ben preparata, sempre sul pezzo, sorridente e meticolosa durante la spiegazione, il vino ha il suo perché in gradazione, gusto, colore e profumo...... Complimenti
Cantina DOC, Martina (ENOLOGA ?) and in charge of the same, made us visit the cellar and explained the steps and times for wine production. Well prepared girl, always on the piece, smiling and meticulous during the explanation, the wine has its reason in gradation, taste, color and perfume ...... Compliments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing visit with Martina, daughter of the Minuto family. She was extremely patient, gave us a lot of information and showed us the vines close up (you don't always get the chance in the Langhe region).
The tasting was also very pleasant, Martina tried some of the wine to make sure they were good and gave us bottle specific information! We really liked the Barbaresco Cole, Langhe Nebbiolo, and Langhe Chardonnay. Ended up getting 7 bottles from them :)
