★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled onto the Boffa patio and were treated to divine service. Carlo Boffa served us his unbelievable Barberescos accompanied by fantastic parmigiana regiano and prosciutto. We spoke about 5 phrases in Italian between us and Carlo did not speak English but somehow everything he described about his wine was easily understood. Really an experience of a life time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately a 1 star for the bad experience. We went for a tasting, were let in to the tasting room and wine was poured. We mentioned we'd like to tasty AND buy. Without telling us ANYTHING about his wine's, the owner (?) just walked away without talking to us. We were left standing with 3 little glasses of wine. We decided to buy some of they're wines (25EUR per bottle and up), but.... since there was no one to buy it from or to talk to... we left after waiting. Terrible experience! We have been treated so well by the smaller, affordable wineries so that is where we will spend our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for a night in the bed and breakfast, which was perfect for two people looking to enjoy the Barbaresco and Piemonte countryside. The wine tasting on the patio is a dream. The owner is very kind and told us all about his incredible wines. Ended up purchasing two bottles to ship home to commemorate our visit. Looking forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience where my friends and I shared three different glasses of Barbaresco wines, of course with some nice cheese and cold meat cuts. Our host was the best and the view spectacular.
