I dont drink many wines... or alcohol but I tried a few here and wow I loved 3 different wines...

Do not trust these people! We made a reservation by phone at the end of June and agreed to pay in advance one week before our arrival (end of August), as we did not want to give our credit card details over the phone (security reasons). The reservation was confirmed by Mrs. O. in this phone call. I asked for a confirmation by mail and was told that this would be done in the next few days. After a few days, I called again and was again told that the reservation was confirmed and I would get the mail in a few days. No confirmation email came, but I had other things to do than call for the xth time. I wrote twice a mail but never received an answer. On July 27th, I received an email saying that the reservation is not confirmed because we did not want to give our credit card information over the phone and that they are now fully booked. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! I immediately tried calling but no one answered and I did not get a call back. On August 7th, I managed to speak to Mrs. O again. She told me she never confirmed the reservation on phone - which is a lie. I told her that she could have called me before to let me know about it and not send an email 1 month later as we planned our trip with this reservation. She didn't seem to care much and pretended that she sent the mail a week after the confirmation call - which again is not true. She denied the booking confirmation and claims she sent me the mail a week later. I am shocked that they lie so brazenly to potential customers and one can be so rude and arrogant. I was denied a conversation with management because today was Saturday - too bad. At the end she just hung up the phone while we were still talking. We would also have bought wine for family and friends during our stay. For this we will now look for another winery! All in all, I would advise anyone to FIND ANOTHER PLACE to stay or to shop wine where the owners and staff really are hospitable and care about their customers! I have never had such an experience and we have traveled a lot around the globe!

I booked a wine tasting through city tours. The three course meal was mediocre at best - appetizers was literally cold bread and salami, the main was plain noodles with tomato sauce (nothing else). They would serve us different types of wine telling us to pair it with items that they had served 20 minutes ago. Service was poor as well, the waitress spilled wine on the table and didn’t give a second look, I had to ask for help cleaning up. Inauthentic, lousy and commercialized. Do not recommend if your looking for an authentic Italian wine tasting experience, I’m sure there are much better ones in Tuscany.
