The woman, an owner I believe, took her time to explain the grape, aging the wine, how it was aged, what the certifications meant and the wine rating, and pairing it with food. I believe we tasted 4 wines, one was rated 95, one 93. Bought two bottles. Not cheap but worth the splurge. You can order online.
