★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono un cliente fisso. Materie prime di qualità (il latte arriva da Bergamo allevamento Bufalina), prezzi vantaggiosi, e cortesia. Se considerate che una mozzarella di bufala piena di conservanti di dubbia provenienza all'Esselunga costa 16€ al kg, e qui i prezzi sono inferiori, la convenienza si capisce immediatamente. Disponibili al banco tanti formaggi di bufala, di capra, stracciatella, trecce e tutto quello che desiderate. Presente una vetrina che permette al cliente di vedere lavorazione delle mozzarelle in diretta. Consigliatissimo!
