★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa su tutta la linea. Ad ottobre passano per ritirare la mia zanzariera per una riparazione e da allora spariscono nel nulla. A fine Gennaio (quasi 4 mesi di distanza dal ritiro) ancora niente, e la cosa peggiore è che pare sia completamente impossibile contattarli. Sia sul telefono fisso che il cellulare non rispondono e il negozio è quasi sempre con le serrande abbassate e il cartello "Siamo via per lavoro".
Comincio a temere che non rivedrò più la mia zanzariera.
Bad experience across the board. In October they come by to collect my mosquito net for a repair and have disappeared into thin air ever since. At the end of January (almost 4 months after retirement) still nothing, and the worst thing is that it seems to be completely impossible to contact them. Both the landline and the mobile phone do not answer and the shop is almost always with the shutters down and the sign "We are away for work".
I am beginning to fear that I will never see my mosquito net again.
