Professionalità impegno dedizione e simpatia accomunano tutti gli insegnanti della scuola. Simona, l'insegnante di pilates, è competente oltre che simpatica e attenta a ognuno di noi. Ogni volta propone lezioni che stimolano ogni parte del corpo, mediante l'uso degli attrezzi, in modo armonico e dolce. Per me che non amo la palestra con il suo frastuono e i ritmi frenetici, l'Urban Dance è il luogo ideale in particolar modo il corso di pilates, benefico per la schiena e distensivo per la psiche. I have been attending Urban Dance for four years, it is a very pleasant, familiar and welcoming environment. Simona, the Pilates teacher, is competent as well as nice and attentive to each of us. Each time he offers lessons that stimulate every part of the body, through the use of tools, in a harmonious and gentle way. For me who do not like the gym with its din and frenetic rhythms, the Urban Dance is the ideal place especially the Pilates course, beneficial for the back and relaxing for the psyche.

Ora andiamo insieme: la bambina continua a ballare con tanto entusiasmo ed io frequento pilates e non mi annoio mai grazie ad una insegnante che propone lezioni sempre diverse e di grande ritorno per ogni muscolo del corpo. Lezioni sempre diverse che si svolgono in un’ora piena con esercizi che si susseguono senza pause e legati con grande armonia. Vengono proposti in alternanza gli attrezzi propri della disciplina quindi impossibile trovare una lezione uguale all’altra. La sensazione è sempre quella di utilizzare tutti i muscoli del proprio corpo con grande equilibrio. Affidarsi alla professionalità non è mai un errore quindi assolutamente consigliato a tutti! Always different lessons that take place in a full hour with exercises that follow each other without breaks and tied with great harmony. The tools proper to the discipline are offered alternately, therefore it is impossible to find one lesson the same. The feeling is always to use all the muscles of your body with great balance. L'ambiente è familiare, le/gli insegnanti sono tutti molto competenti e cordiali. La mia insegnante di Pilates è molto brava, usiamo ogni tipo di attrezzo di questa disciplina ed ogni lezione è diversa l'una dall'altra. E durante la lezione, nonostante si lavori tanto dalla punta dei piedi a quella dei capelli, ci divertiamo molto. Consiglio a tutti di provare qualsiasi tipo di disciplina, ve ne innamorerete!!!! I attend the Pilates course for the second year. It was a long time I was looking for a way to move a little bit, and I made the right choice. The environment is familiar, the teachers are all very competent and friendly. My Pilates teacher is very good, we use any kind of tool of this discipline and each lesson is different from each other. And during class, even though it works much from the toes to the hair, we have great fun. I recommend everyone to try any type of discipline, you will love it !!!!
