Possibilità di prenotarsi alle lezioni tramite il sito internet con l'acquisto di crediti, in modo da garantire il giusto numero di partecipanti, perché tutti possano essere seguiti al meglio. Al momento i locali sono stati riorganizzati per attenersi alle direttive ministeriali riguardo la prevenzione della diffusione del coronavirus. E invece oltre che migliorarmi fisicamente mi hanno trasmesso una carica mentale pazzesca!!!!non smetterò mai di ringraziarle!!!le consiglio all UNIVERSO MONDO❤? Ottima preparazione atletica , ogni allieva è seguita nel minimo dettaglio, Rita e le sue insegnanti sono persone non solo di una grande professionalità ma anche umanità. Consiglio vivamente questa palestra non solo per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ma anche e soprattutto per la professionalità che ho trovato . Rita è un'insegnante eccezionale; è impossibile non innamorarsi di questa disciplina grazie a lei e al suo staff! Inoltre per chi come me è avuta lontano c'è la possibilità di seguire i corsi online di flessibilità con Rita di potenziamento con Siriana !! Sto vedendo il mio corpo cambiare, ho più energia e più consapevolezza! Oltre ai corsi di pole ci sono anche corsi di potenziamento e flessibilità! È un posto molto semplice che ti mette a tuo agio! Tutte le insegnanti sono carine, molto competenti e motivatrici! I started because I was curious despite being aware of my physical limitations and ... I fell in love with it!
