★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho consumato l'ultima bistecca fiorentina che acquistai da Procacci molto tempo fa (per decenza non quantifico) e la qualità della carne e del confezionamento l'ha fatta restare come fosse stata macellata ieri.
CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
Today I consumed the last Florentine steak that I bought from Procacci a long time ago (for decency not quantified) and the quality of the meat and of the packaging made it remain as if it had been slaughtered yesterday.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa non è una macelleria ma, come dice mio suocero e lo condivido pienamente, è una boutique della carne!Carne sceltissima,tenera,veramente di prima qualità.Ho smesso di comprare la carne nei grandi supermercati,troppa la differenza...Quando ho voglia di ciccia la compro da Antonio e Anna.Mi piacciono le polpette,gli straccetti,gli hamburger e le salsiccie ma nn solo...Tutto una sicurezza!Alla macelleria Procacci non si trova solo carne di prima qualità ma ad es tonno italiano ottimo,la favolosa pasta abruzzese Cocco e tante tante altre cosine buone,tutte di qualità superiore allo standard "supermercato".Insomma il Procacci è una vera istituzione per tutto il quartiere e vale sempre farci una fermata per cui...buona cicciaattutti!!
This is not a butcher but, as my father-in-law says and I fully share it, it is a meat boutique! Very select, tender, truly top quality meat. I stopped buying meat in large supermarkets, too much difference ... When I I want to buy it from Antonio and Anna. I like meatballs, rags, hamburgers and sausages but not only ... Everything is safe! At Procacci butcher's you don't find only first quality meat but excellent Italian tuna , the fabulous Cocco Abruzzese pasta and many other good little things, all of superior quality to the "supermarket" standard. In short, the Procacci is a true institution for the whole neighborhood and it is always worth making us a stop for which ... good cicciaattutti !!
