Abbiamo scelto il tessuto per la testiera e nonostante c'è n'è servisse soltanto un metro ci sono stati venduti 1,8 metri per finire il rotolo. L'intera quantità venduta a prezzo intero. Su loro richiesta abbiamo accettato di pagare 90 € divisi in due scontrini perché uno era stato emesso precedentemente. Arrivati a casa abbiamo scoperto che la stoffa non andava bene per la nostra esigenza. Quando abbiamo telefonato per domandare se fosse possibile avere un cambio delle merce ci è stato risposto che non rientrava nelle loro politiche, neanche in questo caso specifico. Inutile dire che il tessuto della poltrona lo acquisteremo altrove. I nostri acquisti non gli avrebbero svoltato il fatturato, ma sicuramente hanno perso dei clienti.
