I have to correct (and with great satisfaction) the previous review: The technicians of the Joker House came to fix what I was not satisfied with, finishing the job in an EXEMPLARY way. I understand the moment not quite the best but, their service is EXCELLENT. Thanks to Joker Casa I finally have functional, beautiful and sturdy doors. I appreciate their work style.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia della qualità dei prodotti acquistati, sia della professionalità e cortesia delle persone che ci hanno seguito, in particolare Laura in negozio e Andrea per il montaggio. Anche un errore nella rilevazione delle misure è stato gestito con sollecitudine, montando una porta provvisoria che sarà sostituita non appena pronta quella con le misure corrette. Esperienza molto positiva, grazie Joker! We have replaced the interior doors of the house, some with Garofoli doors and two with Henry Glass doors. We were very satisfied with both the quality of the products purchased and the professionalism and courtesy of the people who followed us, in particular Laura in the shop and Andrea for the assembly. An error in the measurement was also handled promptly by fitting a temporary door that will be replaced as soon as the one with the correct measurements is ready. E' intervenuto il team di Andrea e Giuseppe: in una giornata hanno smontato porte e infissi vecchi e installato quelle nuove. Hanno lavorato con una precisione, pulizia e organizzazione perfette; hanno preparato i fasci ben legati di legname da far portare via da Alia e pulito dopo aver lavorato. Siamo assolutamente soddisfatti della fornitura di alta classe e del servizio svolto, oltre che della competenza della parte commerciale (Chiara). Consigliamo al 100% la Joker Casa I had 5 interior doors from Garofoli installed. Andrea and Giuseppe's team intervened: in one day they dismantled old doors and frames and installed new ones. They worked with perfect precision, cleanliness and organization; they have prepared the well-tied bundles of wood to be taken away by Alia and cleaned after working. We are absolutely satisfied with the high-class supply and the service performed, as well as the competence of the commercial part (Chiara). We 100% recommend the Joker House
