Ho portato gli auricolari della Samsung a riparare x un problema all'auricolare sx e mi hanno sostituito tutti e due gli auricolari in garanzia e in tempi brevissimi (6 gg lavorativi) centro consigliatissimo ????????
 Very efficient service center, the lady at the reception very kind and competent staff. I took the Samsung earphones to repair a problem with the left earphone and they replaced both earphones under warranty and in a very short time (6 working days). highly recommended ????????

Preventivo preciso, garanzia sul lavoro e mi hanno mostrato i pezzi cambiati. Il mio display non era in garanzia e ho speso 20 euro in più di negozi non ufficiali e che non avrebbero cambiato anche la batteria. Straconsigliati.
What to say. Ms. Enrica and her staff were very cordial, serious and helpful. They changed the display of my note 9 in the day. Precise quote, warranty on work and they showed me the changed parts. My display was not under warranty and I spent 20 euros more than unofficial shops and they would not have changed the battery as well. Straconsigliati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ,oltre la sostituzione in tempi veloci in garanzia di un componente difettoso , sono intervenuti su un altro componente che a me risultava funzionante senza spendere un solo euro.
Kind staff, in addition to quickly replacing a defective component under warranty, they intervened on another component that to me was working without spending a single euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo centro in seguito all'improvviso spegnimento del mio smartphone S10 di appena un anno. La sig.ra Enrica, che ho contattato via mail, mi ha dato subito indicazioni di come procedere in quanto non avevo più il documento di acquisto. Ho successivamente portato in laboratorio il mio apparecchio che è stato in pochi giorni ripristinato in garanzia. L'assistenza ricevuta è stata quindi totalmente soddisfacente.
I turned to this center following the sudden shutdown of my S10 smartphone for just a year. Ms Enrica, whom I contacted via email, immediately gave me indications on how to proceed as I no longer had the purchase document. I then took my device to the laboratory which was restored under warranty in a few days. The assistance received was therefore totally satisfactory.

Consegno il telefono lunedì pomeriggio alle 18, Giovedì successivo alle 12 mi chiamano,il telefono è pronto al ritiro e funzionante. 2 giorni per sistemarlo,davvero complimenti.

Samsung phone suddenly turned off, does not turn on even after 5 hours of charging. The assistance points me to this center. I deliver the phone Monday afternoon at 6pm, the following Thursday at 12pm they call me, the phone is ready to be picked up and working. 2 days to fix it, really well done.
Thanks to the lady at the front office, kind, patient and competent. Recommended.
