★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata alle 18.40 spaccate, quindi 20 minuti prima della chiusura stando all'orario scritto sul sito. Avevo bisogno di stampare solo 2 foto a dimensione normale, quindi non ritratti o qualsiasi altro tipo di stampa che richiederebbe più tempo e mi é stato detto che in 20 minuti non era possibile perché erano in chiusura. Mi è sembrato incredibile, visto che per stampare cosí poche foto ovunque io sia andata, i minuti impiegati fossero sempre meno di 20. Forse semplicemente il signore dietro la cassa non aveva intenzione di azionare la stampante, comunque sia se effettivamente l'orario di chiusura fosse alle 18.40 sarebbe meglio scriverlo chiaramente sulla pagina del sito, cosí da poter evitare che le persone perdano tempo per arrivare al negozio fuori orario.
I went to the 18.40 split, then 20 minutes before closing according to the time written on the site. I needed to print only 2 photos at normal size, so no portraits or any other type of printing that would take longer and I was told that in 20 minutes it was not possible because they were closing. It seemed unbelievable to me, given that to print so few photos wherever I went, the minutes used were always less than 20. Perhaps the gentleman behind the cashier simply had no intention of operating the printer, however it is if the closing time actually was it was at 6.40 pm it would be better to write it clearly on the site page, so that people could waste time getting to the store after hours.

Very accurate and professional. Over time I have had more prints made: both current digital photos and antique photos to be reproduced from the original and enlarged. We have chosen the type of card. All perfect.

For some years she too has been turning to him only for prints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The owners are horrible people. I bought a tripod, then after 2 hours changed my mind. They refused to give me a refund although I didn't use the tripod and had the receipt. I'm pretty sure it's against the law. Never buy from these people they are fraud. I am going to check Italy law and maybe call the police.
