 Gilberto Penzo is the historical maximum of Venetian boats. His small and charming shop \ workshop is a gem for lovers of ship modeling. I bought two floors for the construction of Venetian taxis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you like boat models? This man produces exquisite and intricate models of both historic and modern Venetian Boats. His kits are higher priced than you'll find in other places, but the quality of the wood and the metal fittings are worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely shop on a quiet street just off the square. The proprietor has written many coffee table books on ship and gondola building as well as the functional art that adorns them. Sr. Penzo makes the kits himself in a small attached workshop.
