★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How does this place stay in business? They make you go to the department for a return/exchange, then wait 20 mins while two guys wait (slowly) on other customers. No “sorry, sir, be with you in a few mins”. No eye contact. Then asked the guy at the front of the store, he said I can go directly to the checkout. Go to the checkout register to do the return. One cashier on a weeknight. 10 min wait. Finally another cashier. 10 more mins. Why 10 mins to check out one customer?? 45 mins wasted on a dumb €15 part. I should have just thrown it away. I’ll look for a different IT store next time.
