★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato oggi mi hanno risposto in maniera non corretta proprio maleducata!! cosa c'entra se ho comprato una Metz al discount o in un negozio o un centro commerciale? è sempre Metz e cosa vuol dire che voi avete Metz dai €900 in su?
Mi hanno risposto di arrangiarmi dove l'ho preso perché è come paragonare le vostre Metz Ferrari e il mio modello una 500!
Il mio modello è il 32" (32MTC6000).
E quindi se dovrei comprare al discount una Candy e chiamo l'assistenza Candy mi dovrebbero rispondere di arrangiarmi dove l'ho preso!!!!
Chiamato altrove (assistenza Metz) ed educatamente mi dissero che non viene fornito in questo modello, il telecomando con il microfono e se volevo quella funzione di scaricare applicazione sul cellulare! CI VOLEVA TANTO A SPIEGARE!!!!
I called today they answered me incorrectly just rude !! what does it have to do with buying a Metz at the discount store or in a shop or mall? it's still Metz and what does it mean that you have Metz from € 900 upwards?
They told me to make do where I got it because it's like comparing your Metz Ferraris and my model a 500!
My model is the 32 "(32MTC6000).
And so if I should buy a Candy at the discount store and call Candy assistance they should answer me to make do where I got it !!!!
Called elsewhere (Metz service) and politely told me that it is not provided in this model, the remote control with the microphone and if I wanted that function to download application to the mobile! IT TAKEN SO MUCH TO EXPLAIN !!!!
