Ho acquistato una collanina a prezzo caro, dopo pochi giorni si é spezzata e dopo un mese si é staccato il brillantino dal ciondolo, in entrambi i casi ho dovuto ripagare per farla aggiustare nonostante fosse in garanzia. I prodotti sono di scarsa qualità, non ci torneró piú! Sconsigliatissimo! Un addetta vendita di nome Alessia è stata molto disponibile e professionale , e ho trovato grazie a lei ciò di cui ero in cerca . Più persone cosi nei negozi . Il negozio è ben fornito , e visto il covid anche molto attento alle norme anticovid.Negozio consigliato. This shop is located inside the "nave de vero" shopping center in Marghera ... Dopo aver guardato tutto il negozio, il personale non ci ha nemmeno salutati, erano in due e continuavano a guardare delle carte dietro il bancone senza neanche guardarci, quando abbiamo chiesto di vedere degli anelli, la commessa ci ha chiesto di aspettare! Facendoci vedere gli anelli, non sapeva le caratteristiche della pietra, ne tanto meno incuriosirci ad acquistarlo!!! Abbiamo trovato anche dei bei prodotti da acquistare, ma da come siamo stati trattati, mai più sinceramente. Poi non vi lamentate se la gente non acquista, se avete un personale assente!!! G	Giorgia Manfreo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho mandato il bracciale in assistenza per cancellare e rifare l’incisione (perché con un altro bracciale per re inserire una pietra hanno praticamente fatto un buco quindi non mi fido del posto dove si appoggiano, e alla fine fortunatamente me lo avevano cambiato) Me lo sono fatto andare bene perché la ragazza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, e perché essendo un ordine online l’incisione era gratuita. Però non ci siamo proprio. Alla prima il nome da incidere era non centrato. Per provare a sistemarlo per non mandarlo dal ‘macellaio’ ho chiesto se poteva aggiungere un cuore, in modo che venisse tutto in centro. Purtroppo la ragazza ha sbagliato e ha fatto il cuore disteso ? Ci ho riso su perché alla fine è venuta una cosa simpatica. Però non si può dare un servizio del genere. Anche perché le incisioni di un nome costano 12.90€ . Purtroppo sconsiglio vivamente le incisioni in quanto il personale non è adeguatamente formato. Mi dispiace fare una recensione negativa in quanto le ragazze sono state molto gentili ma c’è da migliorare.
