Il vecchio che mi ha servita è stato scortese ed indisposto nell'assecondare le mie richieste e si è rifiutato di fornirmi il servizio di manutenzione richiesto perché per lui sconveniente. Mi sono sentita trattata come una pezzente, come se gli avessi chiesto di eseguire l'opera gratuitamente, quando non è così. L'errore più grande è sottovalutare la capacità di spesa di un cliente, anche se dell'apparenza giovane, perché se mi fossi sentita trattata con riguardo avrei anche colto l'occasione per comprare qualche prezioso. Ha perso un cliente, che si recherà sicuramente dalla concorrenza dall'altro lato della strada. Peccato! My experience in this shop was terrible.
