Nous avons exprès rallonger d’un jour tout ça pour qu’au final elle nous rende la bague sans avoir rien fait. Elle reste trop grande et je ne peux pas la porter…. Super
Disappointed for our engagement ... my man gives me a beautiful ring but it's too big. The saleswoman suggests that we readjust it and come back the next day. We purposely extended it all by one day so that in the end she would give us the ring back without having done anything. It stays too big and I can't carry it…. Great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous étions de passage depuis la France pour nos fiançailles, la bague était très bien mais pas a la bonne taille. On nous dit de repasser le lendemain le temps de faire le travail dessus. Nous changeons nos plans et restons un jour de plus alors que ce n'était pas prévu. Tout ça pour que le lendemain la bague nous soit rendue sans aucun travail de fait, elle est toujours beaucoup trop grande. La vendeuse nous bricole une excuse comme quoi c'est à cause du temps humide que ma copine à les doigt plus fin que la veille... Bref. Le service après vente est une chose qui compte autant que la bague elle même et ce n'est pas professionnel de se moquer des clients surtout pour le prix qu'on paye.
We were passing through from France for our engagement, the ring was fine but not the right size. We are told to come back the next day the time to do the work on it. We change our plans and stay one more day when it was not planned. All this so that the next day the ring will be returned to us without any work done, it is always much too big. The saleswoman makes an excuse for us to say that it is because of the wet weather that my girlfriend's fingers are thinner than the day before ... Anyway. After sales service is as important as the ring itself and it's unprofessional to make fun of customers especially for the price you pay.
