★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco qui chiedendo di togliere alcune maglie da un orologio che mi è stato regalato marcato Ferrari (acquistato online).
Mi viene detto che non viene fatto questo tipo di servizio sui prodotti non acquistati direttamente lì ma viene fatto solo su orologi comprati li.
Mi viene inoltre (in modo non gentile) detto di andare a chiedere di togliere le maglie dove l’ho comprato. Faccio presente che mi è stato regalato e chi me lo ha regalato lo ha acquistato online e ricevo tale risposta: “non è un problema mio io lo faccio solo sugli orologi acquistati qui”.
Saluto e mai più torneró in questo luogo e non lo consiglieró ;)
I go here asking to remove some links from a watch that was given to me marked Ferrari (purchased online).
I am told that this type of service is not done on products not purchased directly there but only on watches bought there.
I am also told (in an unkind way) to go and ask to take off the shirts where I bought it. I would like to point out that it was given to me and whoever gave it to me bought it online and I receive this response: “it's not my problem, I only do it on the watches purchased here”.
I say hello and never again will I return to this place and will not recommend it;)
