★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrando a Gubbio da Umbertide, si può notare in un campo una struttura antica: un Teatro romano del I secolo d.C. di cui sono visibili le arcate inferiori e la cavea. Oggetto di importanti restauri e scavi recenti che hanno portato alla luce mosaici, in estate viene utilizzato per rappresentare spettacoli.

Entering Gubbio from Umbertide, you can see an ancient structure in a field: a Roman theater from the 1st century AD. of which the lower arches and the cavea are visible. Subject of important restorations and recent excavations that have brought to light mosaics, in summer it is used to represent shows.
