★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A traditional family owned restaurant in Modica offering real Sicilian food. I thought the bean soup to start was delicious but I came a cropper when the main course (rabbit, homemade pork sausage and chicken casserole) arrived as it and the soup were enormous.
Friendly service and very reasonably priced and delicious wine all add to a memorable experience. It's not difficult to figure out why they've been doing this for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and you can feel everything that it is a family restaurant. It is all the more painful to leave a negative review, but I think this says enough about the quality. It's dramatically bad, otherwise I would never have bothered to leave a review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a long walk from the center to the restaurant along the old Barack buildings. It took quite a time but we reached the restaurant in bad weather so we had to stay inside. As you can find it in many Mediterranean restaurants we found a very bright neon light inside which is not perfect for the atmosphere. The service was very gentle and the mix salad with the olive perfect. But the pasta dishes were without any flavor even the peperoncino was missing. The main dish with chicken was delicious ,the rabbitdish also but here too some more flavors like garlic, Rosmarin or Thymian would have been nice.
Resume. A little bit disappointing
