β β β β β home cooking, delicious. they make their own ricotta in their lab, u can tell it s so fresh and still warm. tomato sauce ...wow! good ravioli. tomato salad...ah those cherry tomatoes, sooo tasty. they have more traditional dishes I cudnt try. and its sooo affordable.?????

β β β β β If you want great food at a really reasonable price, this is your place. Fantastic ravioli, a great appetizer, huge portion of veal (for only 8 euros), and really friendly owners. Family style food and we loved it!!

β β β β β Had my Easter lunch there - local homemade kitchen at very low prices, def recommend a visit when in Modica. We started with a scaccia and caponata as appetisers and then tried their homemade pastas, followed by a lamb main special since it was Easter. We finished with a cannolo and a lime dessert, the cannolo was filled with warm light ricotta produced by them - fantastic! This is Sicily cooked by a grandma, we will be back!

β β β β β We strayed into this nice little Osteria after finding a parking spot on Corso Umberto in the mid-afternoon. The place was full with locals and only one table open which we were lucky to get. The owner was lovely and spoke some English. We had a wonderful lunch with wine (of course) for a very reasonable cost. Maybe the best Lenticchie I ever had.

β β β β β I took myself here for my birthday. The staff tolerated my broken Italian and made me feel very welcome. A delicious and memorable experience!
I returned a few nights later and again received a warm greeting. I had "ravioli di ricotta burro e salvia" which was positively incredible. I think I moaned a little while I was eating it and the table near me probably thought I was crazy. I wish I could eat here every day.
