โ โ โ โ โ Sono stata oggi a fare il prelievo e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo! Puoi prenotare lโ appuntamento tramite app, cosรฌ facendo il tempo di attesa eโ molto breve! Lโinfermiera eโ stata bravissima... io sono terrorizzata dal prelievo ma lei eโ stata sicura e competente e soprattutto mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio! Lo consiglio veramente!
 I was today to make the withdrawal and I must say that I had a great time! You can book the appointment via the app, in this way the waiting time is very short! The nurse was very good ... I am terrified of the blood sample but she was safe and competent and above all she made me feel at ease! I really recommend it!

(+emergency 30 euros, I have to leave the country at 10:35 the next day, so I get nervous, so I just added Mr. Immersionโฆ I got it at 10 am. According to the people who live here in Florence, even if you just receive it, it will come out the same night or the next morning. I said I was going to wear it, but I was nervous, so I just added itโฆ The staff are friendly and I went 15 minutes before my reservation, but there were not many people, so I got it right away! ^_^

I came two Wednesdays in a row for an exam and both times they told me only after I arrived that they didn't do it anymore, but that they would start again the following week. The first time they also charged me and now I have to wait 15 days for my money back

Personale di accettazione molto preparato, che mi ha illustrato in dettaglio e senza fretta tutti i servizi di analisi che mi interessavano. Referto online arrivato online la sera con un giorno di anticipo.
Used for the first time in the headquarters in Via Cinque Giornate on 17 August 2021. Small but essential and very clean environment. Direct access even without reservation. Very trained reception staff, who explained to me in detail and without haste all the analysis services that interested me. Online report arrived online in the evening one day in advance.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't recommend this place at all. I went for a pcr test 36 hours before my flight and the receptionist said that we need to pay 50 euros more to have the results quicker but the website mentionned that we will have the results 24 hours or approxymately 24 hours later for just 50 euros. Between 24 and 36 hours there is a huge difference. When we asked if we will have the results before 36 hours she said "I don't know", but this lab is doing pcr test everyday so she has to know...That was just business and lies.
I'm not coming back anymore there.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience, i don't recommend this laboratory.
We came to have a PCR TEST before a return flight. It was the morning at 9 am, about 36 hours before our flight back.
It was mentioned on your website, that the results can be available for up to 24 hours.
However, after being asked for our flight time, the receptionist informed us that results might not be available on time and recommended us to pay 50 additional euros to get our results "quicker"
Of course, they are exactly aware of the time of the results. It is only one of their strategy to make more profits.
This kind of laboratory is a shame, trying to take advantage of their clients in any way.
Don't recommend this place at all.

I visited SynLab twice and had 2 PCR tests: 1. before Xmas trip and 2. today before Easter trip. And, I am pleased to share and amazed by their test results and how efficient they are.
I gave both tests at 9.40am and got results by 5pm.
