Le visite sono state concordate con sufficiente tempo per organizzare i correnti impegni di lavoro e familiari, con ampio margine di flessibilità e cosa non da poco con grande attenzione alle norme di sicurezza del momento. Un particolare ringraziamento e lode ai collaboratori dell’agenzia Statuto con cui mi sono maggiormente rapportata in questi mesi per la loro puntualità , preparazione nel lavoro e capacità di organizzazione delle visite e presentazione dell’immobile. Servizio fotografico e visita virtuale dell’immobile sono stati il valore aggiunto per me ma anche per i potenziali acquirenti. La recensione è anteposta alle fasi finali di questa trattativa ma non ho motivo di credere che la positiva esperienza avuta fino ad ora possa far modificare il mio parere. A special thanks and praise to the collaborators of the Statuto agency with whom I have most closely related in recent months for their punctuality, preparation in work and ability to organize visits and presentation of the property. Photo shoot and virtual tour of the property were the added value for me but also for potential buyers. The review is placed before the final stages of this negotiation but I have no reason to believe that the positive experience I have had so far could change my opinion. And now I become a buyer .. Personalmente riteniamo di essere stati davvero fortunati, perché siamo stati seguiti da Leonardo Corti, un professionista nel suo lavoro. Leonardo ha saputo ascoltare le nostre esigenze, cosa da non dare per scontata, e con molta pazienza e affabilità ha saputo guidarci (per mesi) nella ricerca della casa giusta per noi. Inoltre ci ha seguito in a tutta la fase burocratica che porta al rogito. Onestamente mi sento di consigliarla a tutti, non è facile trovare un persona che sappia, con onestà e professionalità, riportare pregi ma soprattutto difetti, degli immobili che visitavamo, il tutto per un acquisto sereno e consapevole! Personally, we believe we were really lucky, because we were followed by Leonardo Corti, a professional in his work. Leonardo was able to listen to our needs, something not to be taken for granted, and with a lot of patience and affability he was able to guide us (for months) in the search for the right house for us. He also followed us through the entire bureaucratic phase that leads to the deed. Honestly I would like to recommend it to everyone, it is not easy to find a person who knows, with honesty and professionalism, to report strengths but above all defects of the properties we visited, all for a peaceful and conscious purchase! Sono sempre trasparenti con il cliente e ti aiutano a chiarire dei dubbi se non si è proprio “esperti” nel settore. Mi son trovato benissimo con tutti i componenti dell’agenzia con cui ho avuto il piacere di interfacciarmi, soprattutto Floriana che è veramente professionale e qualificata e si è sempre impegnata a cercare la casa con tutti i prerequisiti che cercavo. Anche Giacomo è stato professionale e mi ha aiutato tantissimo nella parte burocratica, di cui io ero totalmente inesperto. Alla fine è andato tutto bene senza intoppi e ho comprato casa facilmente!
